She soon realizes that there is more to Roman than what she knew in the past, and that he's been sent to protect her or to kill her to prevent the wrong people from getting her formula.

This was fast paced and tension filled; just what you expect in an Intrigue. Roman and Kate have alot of unresolved issues and that spark that never seems to fade out. Roman sees sides to Kate he never say before; that she's brave and resourceful. Kate finds that Roman has a heart; he's just to scared to open it. This was a thrilling read and a great debut by Ms. Young!
